8. Ban Suriya
Incredible ocean vistas are guaranteed, given Ban Suriya’s excellent beachfront location. You’ll look out to the sand, sea, swaying palms and tropical greenery—a view that’s hard to beat.
The villa is a treat for large groups: there are six bedrooms to accommodate up to 15 guests, and a sprawling lawn ideal for weddings and events. The common spaces are open and encourage group gatherings, but there are private nooks and amenities where you can unwind quietly at too—like the sunken library or spa room.
You could easily find yourself staying in much more than you intended, in order to enjoy the villa’s wide-ranging amenities. These include multiple massage rooms (one of which is located in a treehouse), Muay Thai punching bags, pool table, foosball, media room and an outdoor bar.

Ban Suriya is located in Lipa Noi, within proximity to the restaurants and beach clubs. The stylish Nikki Beach Club, known for its incredible Sunday brunches is just two minutes’ drive away. Thong Krut Fisherman’s Village, about 20 minutes’ drive from your villa has great seafood restaurants. Family-friendly attractions in the vicinity include Laem Sor Beach Disc Golf, Nathon night market, Canopy Adventures Secret Falls and the Secret Buddha Garden.
